Determining Market Rent & Landlord Marketing Best Practices
Do you know how to determine a competitive market rent? Most landlords don't realize how volatile market rent rates are. There are no appraisals and there isn't a database like the MLS like when buying/selling property. What the identical rental unit down the street rented for last month has NO effect on what your unit will rent for today. We'll teach you how to do an easy and accurate market rent analysis.
We will also cover best practices for rental unit marketing, taking advertising pictures, creating ad copy that's not in violation of fair housing laws, and best practices for managing text, email, and phone inquiries.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can't get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
