Inspections and Managing Repairs
Learn how to create a proper inspection form, serving the notices, and completing an inspection. Including move-in, move-out, and Inspections during a tenancy. We will also go into how to manage rental unit repairs including managing the tenants expectations, legal timelines to watch out for, and how to manage contractors.
This class is available to attend for free due to an education grant from the city of Portland, OR.
CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost. Don't forget to select the CE Credits add-on option when registering.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can't get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
