It doesn't happen too often, but when it does you need to know what steps to take and forms to use to avoid being financially liable to your tenants' heirs and/or debtors.

Oswego Grill-3211 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97005 - Food and drinks are not included with your registration, but you can order off their regular menu during the class at your own expense.
Virtual Zoom Class - Class link and materials will not be sent out until the morning of the class so that we only have to send once to everyone if there are some late registrations.
