Topic: Tenant Debt Violations & Collecting Funds From Current Tenants
With the tenant debt protection law expiring at the end of February you need to know how to issue a violation for overdue tenant debt. We will go over what forms to use so that you can collect those debts or earn the right too evict if they don't pay as required.

Virtual Zoom Class - Class link and materials will not be sent out until the morning of the class so that we only have to send once to everyone if there are some late registrations.
