This two hour class will teach you everything you need to know about the FAIR Ordinance in the city of Portland. This new law effects all rentals in the city of Portland and has very specific rules regarding screening tenants, how and when a tenant can be denied, how much can be charged for deposit, and how charges are applied to that deposit after move-out.
