Topic: Nick will give a breakdown of the various coverages typically included in a landlord type policy. Be prepared to learn about whats covered, what isn't and the common mistakes that rental property owners make on their insurance policies that could lead to unexpected expenses. Nick will also discuss the importance of renter's insurance policies and why you might want to consider requiring your tenants to carry certain coverages.
